Die „Good Morning Jam“ ist ein offener Raum für alle, die ihren Tag tanzend beginnen möchten. Egal, ob du schon lange Kontaktimprovisation tanzt oder zum ersten Mal das Tanzbein schwingst – jede*r ist willkommen. Es gibt keine Anleitung – nur Musik und Raum. Wie du dich bewegst, ob im Kontakt mit anderen oder ganz für dich allein, liegt ganz bei dir.

The "Good Morning Jam" is an open space for anyone who wants to start their day dancing together. Whether you're an experienced Contact Improviser or trying out dancing for the first time, everyone is welcome. There’s no guidance—just music and space. How you choose to move, whether in contact with others or on your own, is entirely up to you.
